Demo: CH₃CHO, quartet, poor shim

Here's an FID and the spectrum of the same quartet as on the previous page, however, with arbitrarily poor set shims Z¹ and Z². As you can see in the spectrum the result is desasterous. You can also hear the poor shim from the much more rapid decay of the FID. Despite the rapid decay, some sounds persist quite long, indicating some still sharp signals in the spectrum.
